Professionalism and Inclusion

This project is a mixed-methods analysis of the DES data and qualitative narratives to explore the intersection between professional and inclusion in healthcare workforce and learning environments. Our goals are to identify results and key themes related to diverse individuals’ perceptions of professionalism and use those findings to guide the development and operationalization professionalism standards that are inclusive.
